Hereinafter we can select "HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Windows > Policies > Explorer". After thus we can continue with click menu Edit > New > DWORD VALUE. Give a name "NoChangeStartMenu". Click Edit > Modify and at part "Value Data", filled with value 1. If all is completed Restart the computer.
